Return/Refund Policy

Food items are non-returnable. Fresh Vybe, reserves the right however to consider and apply refunds upon review for dissatisfactory product or services provided. Refunds may only be issued directly to the original mode of payment. Refunds will be handled by the customer service department and will be responded to within 24-48 hours of submission of refund request. 

Fresh Vybe reserves the right to refuse a request based on the review of the inquiry. The Customer reserves the right to further escalate any inquiries or requests for refunds.
